Tomari fishing port

We went to Tomari fishing port .Almost japanese people like eating fresh raw fish.however we don't eat all raw fish.As for us,about 20 kinds are eaten.The fish which we eat is a salmon, a sea bream, a yellowtail, a tuna.those are very popular fishes.It is very important that the raw fish is so fresh. When the freshness declines, we never eat raw fish,we cook it and eat.that why, It is necessary for the distributor to keep the freshness of the fish very very carefully.

We ate some fresh fish.This picture is Chirashi-Sushi.The yellow colored thing is fried eggs.and we bought salmon roe. It is expensive food, soooo delicious!!!



This is a very fresh sea bream. It is very delicious, but is an expensive.

This is oyster which I love .

We ate fresh raw oyster with lemon sauce in there.It was sooooo delicious!!!!
