今日の我が家は大好きなおかゆです。
いまが旬の秋鮭をトッピングしました。

焼き鮭はグリル焼き、皮目に粗塩を付けて焼上げると見た目も味も
引き締まります。
シンプルなおかゆに塩味のきいた鮭、薬味のしそが食欲をそそります。
